Class Experience
This is a one-on-one private piano lesson. Depending on the level of the student, varying skills will be learned. Piano techniques and music theory will also be taught throughout lessons as well. The class will be structured with a lot of interaction between the instructor and the students. Students will actively be playing their instrument throughout the class. Instructors at Ekko Mindful Music Studio strive to provide a stress-free, calm, and positive learning environment for all students. Reagan has over 5 years of teaching experience.

Supply List
The student must have a piano/keyboard of some sorts. Many music stores offer the option to rent instruments. Method books may be recommended by the instructor once lessons have commenced.

Ekko Mindful Music Studio is focussed on providing music lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels for various instruments. The studio aims to try to provide an stress-free, positive, calm, and welcoming learning environment for all. We currently offer in-person and virtual lessons in the following instruments:
- Violin
- Cello
- Piano
- Voice
- Guitar
- Ukulele
- Saxophone
Our team of instructors bring diversity and unique skills to the studio. For example, one instructor is a registered audiologist, and another has recently graduated as a teaching assistant and has experience instructing students with disabilities. Further, all instructors also have at least 5 years of music instruction experience.
We believe that music and mindfulness have a unique connection. Therefore, while learning your instrument, Ekko instructors may also incorporate some mindfulness exercises and techniques to aid the learning of the instrument. Mindfulness techniques are also important to when developing a student's musicianship and performance skills.
