Note: this class is level 2. If your learner is a beginner, I would recumbent starting with level 1 "Piano Journey" class. In this class, each week we will focus on playing piano with a proper technique and hand position. We will review basic music concepts, rhythm patterns, finger numbers, music alphabet and the names of the white keys on the piano. We will learn the note names and work on note reading. We will practice playing a simple song each week. Teacher will post a handout before the lesson for students to print out. They will need to have a piano keyboard to play on during the class. This is an ongoing class and can be joined at any time.
