Homework
1-2 hours per week. Students should practice the pieces covered after class daily. The class will move at a fast pace and I will not be able to address certain issues. The student needs to be comfortable with this before signing up. If needed, I will post an extra video of the pieces for students to play with - please let me know if this is something you would like after the first class.

Class Experience

In this one week class students will learn the basics of piano playing - hand placement, basic notes and rhythms.  The class will use the Mayron Cole 5 day camp piano method - https://www.freepianomethod.com/.  This method includes the pieces and accompaniments at the web site.

Day 1 - half notes, eighth notes, quarter notes, whole notes and dotted half notes
