Phonics Fun for Reading Rookies: Third Grade One-on-One Tutoring.
Summer reading tutoring is designed to reduce summer learning loss and increase students’ foundational reading skills. Students with or at-risk for reading disabilities are taught one-on-one using evidence-based instructional practices.

To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.- To improve phonemic awareness and phonics skills.

I am a K-12 certificated teacher with over 30 years teaching experience. I have tutored struggling readers with and without a dyslexia diagnosis and the students have worked toward the student goals listed. I give lots of encouragement, and also read to the student which is as valuable as when they read aloud themselves. I am training my pup to team with me and work with Reading with Rover.
