In this live, one-time class, we will read a book, dance to some fun Valentine's Day music, and create a Pete Valentine.

Welcome to Pete the Cat Valentine's Day is Cool! To begin, we will introduce ourselves. We will confirm our craft supplies and then begin reading. Learners will receive a short list of instructions to complete while listening to the story. Following our story, we will dance to some fun and simple Valentine's Day themed music. We will then complete our craft. A printout will be provided as well as a list of supplies needed. By the end of our class, learners will have a Valentine to give to a friend or family member.

Parental Guidance
This is a movement class where we will be dancing most of the time. Please have a water bottle nearby for hydration, non-slippery shoes, and clothes to move in. Also - please make sure to have adequate space available for your dancer.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
