Class Experience

In this one-time class, learners will begin by introducing themselves. Learners will have the opportunity to practice reading an interactive story. We will be reading Pete the Cat Saves Christmas by Eric Litwin. We will discuss vocabulary found in the story along with guessing what will happen next.
Learners will then work on a filling in the blank activity (I will be assisting with spelling and writing). Then, learners will work on a craft activity. 
At the end of the class, learners will show off their creations if time allows for it.

Hello!

I am an experienced and licensed educator. I am a native Spanish speaker. I have been teaching language (ESL and Spanish) for several years. I am Certified in Elementary Education and ESOL.

I earned my degree from FIU, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught several different grade levels ranging from K-5 grade. I have also been homeschooling my own kids and have enjoyed that experience tremendously. 

I love teaching Reading, Math and Spanish. I enjoy reading, puzzles, Elephants, Lego, RVing and all things Disney!
