In this one-time class, we will have a show and tell time to talk about our pets, to discuss the funny things they do, and to share how we take care of them!

This will be a fun and interactive class where students have the opportunity to show their cute pets, to see the types of pets that other students have, and also to talk about what they love about their pet and silly stories. This is a social class where I encourage each child to share the things they love about their pets. We will take turns listening as each child talks as much or as little as they choose. If they want to just show their pet and not share anything, that's OK too! When you enroll, please make a note about the type of pet your child will bring!
Learning Goals
This class encourages communication as well as listening skills. It's meant to be fun and interactive! Children love meeting new pets!

Parents, please be available to assist your child with their pet if you feel they will need help.
Supply List
Just bring your pet and be ready to show him or her to the class! I can't wait to see the different pets that can join!

Hi! I am Ms. Kiana and I love teaching early childhood! My classes will include fun art activities, a sharing time, and an educational (and sometimes silly) discussion!
Children are naturally creative and I appreciate how their artwork is authentic and always a vision that is their own. Since they love to share their ideas, it is important to me to provide opportunities for them to communicate and to be creative. I am constantly in awe of the insightful ideas and observations their little minds have!
I have a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah where I attended on a softball scholarship. For 10 years I taught at a Reggio Emilia preschool in Utah. I also worked as a teacher trainer for 3 years where I provided early childhood training to preschools in the Salt Lake valley. In 2012 my family moved to California. I am currently in my 6th year as a lead teacher for my city preschool program, which I love!
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family! We are active in sports, so we look forward to being busy again with practices and games. In my free time, the beach is my favorite place to enjoy a warm sunny day.Reviews
