We will learn how to create a wavy 3D abstract drawing while using the drawing method of one-point perspective.

Class Experience

Students will learn about one-point perspective and how to use this drawing method to create 3D/optical illusion drawings! We will be drawing a series of wavy paper scrolls exploding from a single point on our paper. The element of value will be focused upon while adding color to the artwork.

This class is taught through guided-demonstrations, where students observe the teacher and then complete the step(s) on their own papers. We will begin with a short discussion about perspective drawings...

This class is taught in English.

Students will improve their drawing skills by utilizing one-point perspective and the element of value.

-White paper
-Pencil
-Eraser
-Pencil sharpener (to use during class)
-Colored pencils
-Ruler

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
