Personal Leadership - The Leader in Me.

In this Multi- Day class, we will discuss the basics of Leadership and what makes for a good Leader. Students will learn to shoulder responsibilities and work towards being leaders in their respective roles as a friend, sibling, peer. This will also set the tone for leading in their chosen career paths. 
My teaching style is interactive; learners will be encouraged to share experiences. We will discuss how to take on challenges, get motivated and prepare for Leadership. Students will learn to shoulder responsibility and work towards being leaders in their chosen career paths.

 The following is the Agenda of each class.

 Class Duration - 60 minutes.
Introduction of Teacher and Learners - 5 minutes
Discussion on Leadership and the day's topic - 10 minutes
Activities  with feedback - 30 minutes
Takeaway and Discussion- 15 minutes.

The above is a rough estimate of time; if required, I may go beyond by a few minutes.

Day 1 - The 5 elements of Personal Leadership. Discussion and inputs. What is needed to take the lead. ( Activity/ Case study relevant to the topic and their age).
Day 2 - Importance of team work. Developing team spirit amongst siblings, peers and classmates. (Activity and case study relevant to the topic and their age).
Day 3 - Shouldering responsibilities, keeping promises and earning accolades and appreciation. ( Activity and case study relevant to the topic and their age).
Day 4 - Leader - the Teacher. Share knowledge, learn from each other and grow. (Activity/ Case study relevant to topic and their age).

Class Rules :This is an interactive class; hence, children are expected to keep their cameras turned on, at all times, during the class.

Refund / Transfer policy:

As per Outschool policy, there will be no refund/rescheduling for missed classes. I will be happy to transfer/ reschedule the student, once, if intimated at least 24 hours in advance, as I might not be able to fill the vacant spot on a shorter notice.
