Description
Class Experience
Students will improve their understanding of what personal pronouns are, the grammatical rules surrounding personal pronouns, how we can use pronouns to express our gender identity, and how we can be respectful of other people's pronouns.
I'm a full time ESL teacher for children ages 5-12 and I hold a Cambridge CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) and an advanced TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification. I have a BA in English and I'm currently pursuing my MA in teaching English to secondary students. I'm the parent of a gender expansive child, I have a spouse in the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm involved in LGBTQ+ activism to support my family and all people in being their most authentic selves.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
