Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 8
Intermediate Level
In this six week self-paced class, learners will be reading the book "Percy Jackson and the Olympians Book 4 : The Battle of the Labyrinth." This is a self-paced class so there are no live classes. Learners will read the book when it is convenient for them. The learners will engage the class by answering questions that I post in the classroom. Once a week I will assign Blooket homework. Blooket is a fun trivia game that test the learner's comprehension. Each week the questions will be from the assigned reading chapters. Leaners can get a free Blooket account or play as a guest. There will also be a 10-question worksheet for them to complete. The worksheet I created using Canva, but the learner does not need an account to access it. I will post it in the classroom. They will be able to download it and print it out. During the week there will also be fun would you rather questions posted in the classroom. The questions will be themed around the weekly reading assignments. This is a fun way for the learners to interact with each other and check in with the reading progress. If a learner has any questions about the reading or don't understand something, they can post the question in the classroom or message me directly.

Thank you for taking a look at my class. Please let me know if you have any questions.
