I believe every child is capable of learning, but their learning is magnified when they learn with someone who supports and encourages them. I love being a cheerleader and motivator for my students and I love to make learning fun! I want students to enjoy our time together and help them become lifelong learners!
Teaching is my passion! I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in 4th grade. Before that, school was a scary place. When I entered 4th grade I was transformed. My teacher took the time to connect with me and make me feel important. She cultivated relationships with all her students and I began to love learning. That is something that has stuck with me and it truly changed the trajectory of my life. I still have that same excitement for teaching and learning. I have a daughter in Kindergarten and it brings me so much joy to see how much she loves learning!
