Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 4
The animal kingdom is full of amazing and unique animals. Some animals are very easy to identify. There is not one animal on earth that looks like it. Then, there are some pairs of animals that are so similar in appearance they are often confused for one another. Can you tell a jaguar from a leopard? Most people can't. They look very much alike, but if you look closely, you can see the subtle differences. In this one-time class we will explore the following pairs of confusing animals and how to tell them apart.

What is the difference between:

        Jaguars vs leopards?
        Seals vs sea lions?
        Turtles vs tortoises?
        Crocodiles vs alligators?
        Hares vs rabbits?
        Mules vs donkeys?
        Frogs vs toads?
        Opossums vs possums?
        Llamas vs alpacas?

If you would like to learn the differences between these confusing animal pairs in a fun environment with discussion and an engaging presentation with photos and video clips, then this is the class for you.
