Each week, young artists will follow along with a guided lesson to create a beautiful drawing or painting.  
We'll begin class by helping to tell a story!  Students will act out parts of the story along with the teacher; we'll make faces, sound effects, and actions so the narrative is interactive and fun.  
Then, we'll draw part of the story ! Students are always encouraged to exercise their creativity and make any changes they desire to their picture.  After we draw, we'll complete our artworks using watercolor paints. 
In this ongoing class, students will learn basic art skills and exercise their creativity.
Art skills that will be practiced include: foreground/background, color mixing, drawing patterns and texture, using shapes to draw more complex forms, drawing animals, drawing people, and more!
The stories we tell will be based on fables, animals, landscape and folk tales from around the world!

Week of March 10th to 17th: Drawing jungle with monkeys
Week of March 17th to 25th: Drawing ocean with dolphins 
Week of March 25th to 30th: Drawing your own creature
Week of April 1st to 7th: Drawing sunset and sunrise
Sometimes we even take suggestions :).
