Asking and answering questions is a fundamental part of human conversations. It helps us to show interest in others, understand their perspectives, and build deeper connections. We are willing to listen and learn from others when we ask questions. On the other hand, when we answer questions, we can share our thoughts and experiences, which can help others understand us better. Ultimately, the give-and-take of asking and answering questions makes conversations engaging, informative, and meaningful. This is the 6 of a row of Swedish classes. If you have completed level four, you may attend this class. Every class will start by asking how everyone is doing and what they have done during the day the previous day or the weekend, depending on when the class is taking place. We will also ask about what we have had for breakfast or lunch that day. Week 1: Introductions (answering simple questions about yourself), reading the chapter about Sam, and learning about Swedish landskap. Week 2-3: Starting with how to form questions in Swedish and ask and answer questions about images. Week 4: Drottning Kristina (Queen Kristina) Learn about Queen Kristina of Sweden and answer questions. Week 5: Read about Familjen Martin and answer questions. Week 6: Min faster, read about my aunt, and write questions. Week 7: Vad ska de göra? The student will be presented with three dilemmas or problems we will try solving in Swedish by asking and answering questions. Week 8-9 Vad har du på dig? Ask and answer questions about what someone is wearing. We will work around pictures of people wearing different kinds of clothing and learn names for pieces of clothing. Week 10-11: Vart ska du? Use a map and ask and answer questions about where someone is heading and where something is located. There will be a booklet in the classroom for the students with all the texts and images needed for class.
