Origami : Fold an Easter Bunny Box
In this one time class, students will learn origami and fold paper into an Easter bunny box. Students will learn how to fold an origami square base to create the bunny box. I'll show examples of how the box is changed for other occasions.

Class Experience
In this one time beginner class, students will learn origami and fold paper to create an Easter bunny box. Students will be taught how to fold an origami square base to create the bunny box. I'll have examples to show students how they can use the bunny box at Easter. I'll also show examples I made from 8" square and 12" square paper that can be adapted for other holidays or occasions. I'm a licensed elementary classroom teacher. I was a homeroom teacher in 1st and 2nd grade. I have a master's degree in literacy with a focus on grades K-5. I'm a certified Orton-Gillingham instructor and have worked as a reading tutor for students in grades K-3.
One 6" x 6" square paper or other size square paper. Markers to decorate the bunny face Glue stick or glue.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no assessment.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
