Description
Class Experience
Students in this flexible-schedule class will learn how to create optical art, meaning art that tricks the eye of the viewer! They will also do an artist study each week in which they will learn about a specific artist who created optical art. Since this class is a flexible-schedule format, you are not tied down to a specific time and day each week. At the end of this four week course, students will be able to explain what optical art is and use it in their own artwork. They will also have four unique pieces of their own artwork to be proud of!
I have a passion for art, as well as teaching! I am a certified K-8 art teacher. My experience in the art classroom has provided me the knowledge, patients, and talent to bring out the unique artist in every student!
