In this one time class, students will prepare Ooey Gooey French Dip Sliders! A traditional French Dip Sandwich is medium rare thin sliced roast beef on a crusty baguette, topped with cheese and warmed through, then of course you dip in the delicious beefy jus sauce. Ingredients: 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 ct) 1 lb deli sliced roast beef 1 package (12 slices) provolone cheese About 1 ½ Cups Fried Onions Mayonnaise Dijon Mustard 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter 1 packet Au Jus seasoning mix 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Nonstick Cooking Spray Materials Needed: 9x13 baking pan, rubber spatula, small mixing bowl, whisk, measuring spoons, butter knife, serrated steak knife, aluminum foil
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
We will use butter knives, a steak knife, and put baking pans into the oven during this course. Depending on your learners skillset and experience, they may require extra help!
