What's included
1 live meeting
50 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
Hello Outschool parents, This class taught in Spanish, has been created for intermediate to advanced Spanish learners. It is designed to improve the students conversation, writing and reading comprehension skills and to develop independent thinking. During each session, students will read a different short book. Before reading, we will go over the definition of a few words that are key to understanding the reading material; the students will also be given the discussion and writing topic. Some of themes include identifying the main and supporting ideas, principal characters, most important facts or situations. Students will take turns by reading a page each. After participating in discussion during and after reading the book, students will learn and practice a different grammar use and rule, which will be applied during the writing part of the class. During our sessions, we will mostly be working on writing paragraphs using different verb tenses and linking words, that will assist students in expressing their ideas on paper in a clear manner. Everybody will have a turn to share their writing exercises and discuss the story.

Students will improve their understanding of the Spanish language, by practicing reading, conversation and developing their writing skills.
