Parent Reviews:
Great class!! Students learn math in a way where they apply it immediately and have fun doing it! My children went from hating math and thinking they weren’t good at it to using it in everything they do around the house and at the grocery store (even while playing Battleship board game). This class has been a game changer for us!

Ms Wendy is amazing, she's among the top gems in OS. My kid had so much fun in each class that she didn't realize she was learning grammar and writing sentences. All her classes are a must try and highly recommended!

An excellent class by an excellent teacher! Ms. Wendy is really good at everything she does. She teaches in a manner that kids understand and connects with each of the kids at a personal level making the class much more interesting and fun. She's patient, fun and innovative and teaches different concepts each week, making sure that she also practices the old concepts. The optional homework also reinforces the same. On the whole, this is a class my son really looks forward to everyday and we are so happy we found Ms. Wendy!!

Ms. Wendy keeps a wonderful balance of making sure the essentials are taught in a common way the learners understand and tailoring her explanations to each class and each learner. She is engaging, provides excellent, easy to follow resources and is always watchful to ensure that the learners are applying what they learn in class and outside class. My daughter always asks to take more classes with Ms. Wendy!

Parent Comments:
This class is perfect. It is the first class we’ve taken at Outschool where I felt like the teacher was a real school teacher. Her lessons are just enough repetition to be good for memorization but not to become boring. My daughter looks forward to her class every day.

You are awesome. My son is learning so much from you. You devote tons of time.

I am so blessed to find this class!

By the way, you are an amazing teacher. This is our first Outschool class where I feel like a real teacher is teaching the class. I appreciate all your patience and steadfastness to such young children. My mom was a teacher of middle school for 35 years so I can spot the good ones. :)

Very good class. Encourages participation. Everyone gets a turn to speak often.
