Students will further develop their Pre-Algebra skills and build conceptual understanding of the topics covered after a detailed and insightful discussion, followed by additional guided practice.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Accounts are NOT required for Desmos, Khan Academy, Kahoot, nor Quizlet. Each platform will be used as a practice tool in which practice or game codes will be provided for each participant. Desmos: used to practice graphing, analyzing graphs, and skills practice. Students will be given codes to complete activities and screen share will be used to display and analyze graphs. Kahoot: used to practice and build vocabulary and practice skills/concepts taught in a timed/competitive format. Khan Academy: used for additional practice via screen share. Participants will verbally respond and or type their responses in the Zoom chat. Quizlet: students will be given a link where they can practice vocabulary through various games/activities.
