Class Experience
The acquisition of a foreign language can be such a fun, engaging and life changing experience! It can open new ways of learning, seeing the world and understanding others. But, along with the excitement of a new language, can come some challenges and difficulties. This homework/tutor session is here to meet you where you are in your learning and strengthen your understanding of the language in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. This class is flexible in its learning in that we can work with the material that the student is currently learning in Spanish class. But, if the student is not having difficulties or troubles with the material, we can learn basic Spanish lessons such as: *subject pronouns *definite articles *indefinite articles *regular verb conjugations *irregular verb conjugations *indirecto object pronouns just to mention a few. This class is really tailored to the needs of the learner at the time of the lesson. I would encourage the student to share what they are learning with me before the lesson, so I can be prepared to assist the student with particular material at the time of the lesson.
Learning Goals
Students will grow in their ability to understand and speak the language by strengthening their language acquisition.

I am passionate about second language acquisition through Total Physical Response (TPR). I love to teach using songs and stories. Having fun is a vital part of learning a lasting language.
