As a Minecraft Education Edition certified and highly experienced educator, I hold a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction VI in the college of Education, Bachelor of Psychology, along with multiple active academic teaching certifications across various grade ranges. With a passion for fostering inclusive and empowering learning environments, I am dedicated to making education an inclusive and engaging experience for every student. As a homeschooling parent, I use my expertise to provide a well-rounded and innovative approach to my child's education, integrating the immersive world of Minecraft to enhance learning. Details: Each of the 18 video lessons contains an optional task for learners to complete if they wish leading up to a final project.  
Assessment

Details: Learners are invited to design and construct their own roller coaster track in Minecraft, applying Redstone engineering concepts learned in the course. They will build the track, incorporate Redstone-powered elements, and ensure functionality and excitement. Once completed, learners may record a video of their roller coaster ride and share it with me for my responsive, inclusive, empowering, and specific positive feedback. Learner's creations are celebrated and appreciated.

As a neurodivergent person myself, and an experienced, highly trained & certified educator, I create my classes to be especially neurodiverse inclusive for learners with dyslexia, autism ASD, 2e, gifted, ADHD, & PDA. Homeschool friendly. 

Familiarity playing Minecraft Bedrock or Education Edition on own device. Optional commands require typing in the command/text/chat area. Learners may need assistance with typing and finding the @ and _ symbols.
