In these private tutoring sessions, your child and I will complete discussions and age-appropriate lessons and activities pertaining to the book of your child's choice.
Class Experience
Teaching reading to children can be challenging. The most effective way to build a lifelong love of reading is to teach them to fall in love with books at a young age. My novel studies are a way to get children to immerse themselves in books and improve their reading skills in a way that doesn't "feel" like work. During (or before) our first session, your child and I will decide on a novel to read. The actual reading will take place between classes. Our class sessions will be very laid back...
To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Homework
