Class Experience

Often we see and learn about animals from distant countries. North America has it's own wide variety of cold blooded creatures slithering, crawling and climbing in their own backyards! This engaging hour long class will include live animals, fun and educational information, and a Q&A.

Topics include:
What animals are found in North America?
What is their role in the environment?
How do they help humans?
Difference between venomous and poisonous
What to do if you encounter a snake in the...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
