Please join me for this fun filled workout class where we move around like some of our favorite Halloween characters! During this workout we will move around like Jack, Hero, Shock, Lock and Barrel. We'll also take breaks during the workout to answer questions like "Who is your favorite character from the movie?", "What do you want to be for Halloween this year?", etc. All students will have the opportunity to participate. At the end of class we'll have 3-5 minutes just to discuss the movie and Halloween. These classes are a great way to help students get a break from their schoolwork or to help them to get moving. I can't wait to see your learner in class! ****Parents please be advised if there is background noise that makes it hard for other learners to hear I will mute the learner. I want it to be a positive experience for all. ***I require at least 25 hours notice to transfer.

For this class please;
*Have your child wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
*Have a water bottle nearby.
*Have an open space to complete their workout moves.
*Warm up before class by stretching.

Hello! My name is Shelley. My husband and I have two kids and together we enjoy hiking, gardening, cooking, beach trips and just try to enjoy the outdoors any way we can. I graduated with a bachelor's in health science and have always had a interest in healthy living.
