Beginner Level
In this 1 lesson directed painting Self Paced class learners will paint a "Nighttime Owl" step-by-step along with Miss Jennie! This is a SELF PACED class - which means there are NO LIVE CLASSES. Instructional videos will be posted for your learner to watch and paint along to, as well as optional classroom discussion. Students will be expected to also post photos of the work they have completed. The more your learner participates the more value they will get from this class! This class is for any level of acrylic painting skill, and learners will be encouraged to add their own creative touch to their paintings. We will use a variety of acrylic painting techniques. NOTE: Learners should be able to use a paintbrush with or without assistance. Supply List: * A canvas, canvas board, or multi-media paper (able to handle acrylic paint) to paint on * A black paint marker or Sharpie * Acrylic paints: White, Black, Blue, Yellow * Several sizes of paint brushes * A cup of water for rinsing your brushes * A paint palette or paper plate * Rag or paper towels * Clothes that can get messy or an apron/large shirt to protect clothing from any art supplies used * A hair dryer is recommended to speed up paint drying time

Parental Guidance
A hair dryer is recommended for this class to speed up the drying time of paint for some projects. By signing their learners up for this class guardians are giving their approval for their learners to use a hair dryer for this class.
