My First Historical Enquiry
In this one-time lesson, students will get to grips with what a historical enquiry is and how to conduct one. The students will be given the opportunity to work with everyday historical evidence and also create their own historical evidence

Beginner - Intermediate Level
This is an introduction to conducting a historical enquiry. Students will be taught key words and introduced to key historical skills to conduct a set enquiry on "who does this rubbish belong to". In the lesson, students will be taken through how to set up a basic historical enquiry and how to use artefacts as evidence. Students will them have to opportunity to create their own artefact at the end of the lesson. This is open for a range of age groups, primarily being targeted for students between 10-12 who may be in the early stages of their history journey. This will be taught using a PowerPoint with a video of me explain the knowledge and instructions for each slide. My teaching style is very informative and easy for students to understand and enjoy.
