In this one-time Science class for preschool, kindergarten, and first-grade students we will explore the wiggly world of worms. We will learn about the earthworm and draw the worm together.

US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
What has no arms, no legs, and can grow very very long? Can you guess? If you guessed an earthworm you are correct. Worms are so interesting and we are going to have fun learning about them. In class, we will learn about the underground world of earthworms. We will explore fascinating facts about their bodies, how they move, and how they are helpful to the world. We will play a fun game and see baby worms hatching in an interesting video. We will end class by making a fun wiggly worm drawing....
Students will have a beginning knowledge of the earth worm. They will be able to discuss fun facts such as where they live, how they move, and what they eat.
Paper, pencil, and coloring supplies.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Some young students might do best with parental help. Please note Outschool policy is parents must remain off-camera for safety.
