Multiplication Facts- Focus on 3s!
This is a weekly recurring class, where we will focus on memorizing the multiples of 3s with a super fun Blooket game!
Class experience
US Grade 3 - 5
Beginner - Intermediate Level
The start of class will be a review of all the multiplication facts for 3s. I will show multiplication questions to the class, and they will say the answer. After we have gone over all of the multiplication facts, I will share my screen and start a Blooket game that will only have questions of multiplication facts for 3s. This will include 0-12. There are various games that can be played as a group. I will ask the class which game they would prefer to play. The first game will last 7 minutes....
This class is taught in English.
Students will improve their efficiency with multiples of 3. This will be done by repetition within an engaging atmosphere.
I have taught 5th grade and 3rd grade. I have learned that students that are able to memorize their multiplication facts, tend to do better in math as they get older.
They will need a device to play Blooket on. They do not need to have their own account.

This is a kid friendly resource, where students will have to answer questions in order to play the game. This website is similar to kahoot, except they are able to answer questions at their own speed and challenge the other players within the game.
Blooket.play will be used for the majority of the class.
I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. I love teaching all grade levels of students! Two things that I love are cursive and Harry Potter!
