Throughout this ongoing class, learners will participate actively in interactive, tactile reading, spelling and writing exercises. Our methodology will be rooted in Orton-Gillingham methods. Learners do not have be diagnosed with Dyslexia.

Follows Orton-Gillingham Curriculum
During this ongoing class experience students will actively engage in hands-on multi-sensory reading, spelling, and writing activities. Multi-sensory lessons include the usage of sight, sound, and touch to teach and understand concepts. This multi-sensory approach using the Science of Reading and Orton-Gillingham methods was designed for students with Dyslexia and reading disabilities but was found to be beneficial for all students. About Me: I'm an Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Dyslexia certified teacher. I am trained in the Wilson Reading System and Multisensory Math. I love reading, exercising, and spending time with my family in my free time. With 7 years of experience in pre-k and 9 years in special education, I believe that hands-on learning and building a strong foundation are essential for effective learning.
Must have completed Level 1 class or have approval from the instructor to join. Approval will require proof that the student can do all of the skills from the level 1 class.
