Parental Guidance
I will use age appropriate video clips and pictures from Canva to bring some lessons to life but for the majority of the time I am on the screen. For your child's safety it is very important that they have a clear floor space while participating in this activity. No shoes or socks are needed, children should be barefoot to prevent slipping and falling. Each lesson begins with a warm up and stretch, it is important for the child to participate to prepare their bodies for the movement lesson. No major tumbling skills will be taught (handstands, cartwheels, etc.) the movements are majority non locomotor skills and motor skills that can be done in small increments. Make sure the child has water available to them at all times.
