This program will give your child the necessary skills to read words that are not easily decodable. Topics that we will focus on include: Lesson 1: Short vowel sounds (a,e,i,o,u) and consonant letter sounds (Students should have a good understanding of this already.) I highly advise that students are in a safe environment free of potential hazards for this lesson. They will need an open workout space, proper footwear or barefoot on carpet, a water bottle and adequate stretching as we will be doing some movement activities throughout this lesson.
