Learners may be reminded of proper conversation etiquette.Class Experience
This class is flexible towards what we will discuss so long as it is related to the sport of basketball (primarily the NBA). The conversation will likely be different depending on where things are in the season. However, likely topics will include: - News/Trades/Rumors - Draft Prospects - Playoff Picture - Stats - History - March Madness As the instructor, I will be there mostly to moderate as opposed to contributing the whole time. More than anything, this gives learners a chance to practice their conversation skills. My job is to ensure that everyone has their voice heard, and that we can move through topics at a healthy pace.
Learning Goals
Participating in healthy conversations, not interrupting, asking good questions, being polite.

I have been a fan of NBA basketball since 2016 and a fan of March Madness for even longer! It is, by far, my favorite sport to watch and obsess over.
As a Canadian, the Toronto Raptors are my favorite team, but the truth is I get the most enjoyment out of following the whole league. This includes the players, prospects, coaches, management, trades, stats... everything!
