Students will interact with the teacher, as well as other students to discuss their current level of money management, as well as what they want to know. Class will then begin to introduce the basics of money management: earnings, goals, budgets, savings, charity donations, management strategies, etc. Students will then begin making their own custom budgets. These will include their earnings, savings, charitable donations, and spending plans. Budgets can be made to custom fit student needs (daily, weekly, monthly). If wanted, teacher can show student how to make a Google Sheet to keep track of data.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I teach coding, 3D design and modeling, architecture, practical money management, and guitar classes.
I have been a teacher in a public school system for more than 10 years. I am a certified mathematics and science teacher for grades 5-9. I have two additional Masters degrees in educational leadership.
During my time as an educator I have taught 6-8 math, science, and a variety of STEM classes. Those STEM classes include robotics, computer animations and gaming, website design, 3D design and modeling, and architecture.
I have a passion for also teaching content that I am highly interested in and feel that it is beneficial to learn at any age! I love teaching about practical money management (a skill I wish I was taught about when I was younger), and the basics of chords on guitar. These are really fun classes that all of my students have thoroughly enjoyed as much as I have!
I truly believe that every student has the ability to learn. I look forward to growing your students interests in any of my offerings that they choose!
