In this class, we will explore yoga poses as they relate to Disney's Moana. We will practice breathing techniques and fun postures as we listen to inspirational music from the movie. Following the yoga portion of the class, students will decorate a Heart of Te Fiti ( template provided as an attachment) that they can display to celebrate their practice. This one day class will explore poses suitable for beginners but knowledge of the movie of Moana would be helpful. As a yoga instructor and early childhood teacher, I love to explore student interest and appreciate the magic in learning something new.
