Class Experience

Miss Lane's Fitness Bootcamp: Let us get healthy together!

In this live ongoing class, you can expect to meet twice a week for 30 minutes!

These classes are meant to be SUPER FUN, HIGH ENERGY, and MOTIVATING! These classes are designed for all fitness levels and there will ALWAYS be modifications to the workouts that are introduced.

Bootcamp Structure:

Introduction
- Welcome all students and meet the instructor
- Discuss safety procedures to ensure a safe yet fun workout experience
- A quick overview of the workout and expectations

In this learner-directed class, students will follow along with me, their instructor, who will guide them through each exercise focusing on the various muscle groups. Each week we will complete a workout that will strengthen and stretch each students' lower body, upper body, core, and so forth! In this on-going class, your child will be able to start/end at any given time.

Warm-up 
Why we warm-up?
- You should also warm-up prior to class so you feel extra pumped and ready to go!
- Warmups are important since they help prepare our bodies for aerobic and high-intensity activity.
- Warmups raise our body temperature and increase blood flow to our bodies 
- Warmups reduce muscle soreness and decrease the risk of injury

Full Body Workout 
- Full-body workouts ensure that we are targeting all muscle groups and bone strengthening.
- These workouts will be circuit style
•	3 circuits total
•	3 rounds of each circuit
•	Each circuit includes 4 exercises 
•	Each exercise will be 60 seconds on, 45 seconds rest
•	2-3 minutes of core strengthening

Yoga

Yoga
-	The yoga portion focuses on stretches and beginner-level yoga poses. 
-	Yoga allows the body temperature and heart rate to decrease while still supporting blood circulation throughout the body.
-	Yoga is a great way to relax the body, mind, and soul
-	Yoga releases lactic acids which lessen the risk of injury

- Students will learn that fitness and yoga is a great way to keep them healthy, active, and happy.
- Students will become familiar with different muscle groups, terminology, and yoga practices.
- Students who participate will learn the overall importance of warming up and stretching in order to lessen the risk of injury and reduce muscle soreness. 
- Students who participate can improve their overall fitness and cardiovascular activity.
- Students will learn how they can improve their health and fitness journey. 
- Students will learn how to remain motivated and how to challenge themselves.

Parental Guidance
Remember accidents can happen so it is important that: - All students who participate in this ongoing class should be supervised by an adult. - Students with any health conditions should consult with their Doctor/Physician before enrolling - Students should have enough space to move around safely. - Students should wear comfortable clothing that they can move around in (workout gear) - Students should wear close-toe sneakers - Students should have access to water at all times. Students must show their face while entering the classroom to ensure it is the correct student and for safety reasons. Once your child has checked in they can then go to a blank screen if they feel most comfortable that way.
