Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
Beginner - Advanced Level
I have been practicing mindfulness in my own life for more than five years. I lead biweekly mindfulness meditations with my community's youth (13 to 18-year-olds). I also lead monthly mindfulness meditations at the university where I am employed. Finally, I completed the university’s Mindfulness Training Certification Program, which includes the following modules:

1.	Restoring Wholeness: Honoring the Wound and Cultivating the Antidote
2.	Distractions as Gateways for Growth
3.	Being and Practicing Compassion with Others
4.	Trauma-Informed and Culturally Humble Lens in Mindful Service
5.	Establishing a Professional Resilient Community
A willingness to learn is the only prerequisite to participate in this session.
