Class Experience

Using the book Mindful Games: Sharing Mindfulness and Meditation with Children, Teens and Families by Susan Kaiser Greenland kids and parents alike will build skills in awareness, compassion and patience. We will play a few Mindfulness games including learning how to follow the breath (mindful breathing) and try a mindful eating exercise together.
