Through personalized coaching, students will learn techniques to improve their concentration, create productive study routines, and achieve their academic goals.

This course provides a supportive environment where students can explore and refine their study habits. Each session is customized to focus on the areas where the student needs the most support, whether it’s organizing assignments, managing time, or staying motivated. The lessons are interactive, with plenty of opportunities for practice and reflection.
What Will Be Taught?

    Focus Techniques:
    Students will learn practical strategies to improve concentration and minimize distractions during study time, such as mindfulness exercises and setting up a study-friendly environment.

    Time Management:
    The course will cover methods for creating personalized schedules, setting priorities, and managing time effectively to maximize productivity.

    Organization Skills:
    Students will learn how to organize their assignments, notes, and study materials efficiently, making it easier to stay on top of their workload.

    Overcoming Procrastination:
    Techniques will be taught to help students recognize and overcome procrastination, with strategies to stay motivated and on task.

    Stress Management:
