In this 6 week session, students will experience different types of meditation to calm the mind and body.

Class Experience

US Grade 8 - 11
  • Students will learn invaluable skills to improve focus and concentration, improve sleep habits, regulate emotions and reduce stress and anxiety.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and meditation teacher with training for teens from Mindful Schools.  I teach meditation classes to users of Wellnesscoach.LIVE from all over the world.

I am also a certified Biology teacher and have taught in a classroom and virtually for 15 years, along with homeschooling my own children.
A quiet place where you can sit and be comfortable for the practice is all that you need.  You may want to use a yoga mat, cushion, chair or bed.  
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
