I am a mental health facilitator at a foundation that is dedicated to providing preventative workshops which teach resiliency and mental health skills through creative activities, reflections and discussions. I am in the process of becoming a certified divorce coach for women. I have 15+ years experience as a certified teacher and have worked in public, private, university, homeschool and online platforms. I have tutored kids in almost every subject and love to bring a level of creativity and fun to every session. My calm, gentle approach helps all kids look beyond the surface and critically think for themselves. Meditation has always been a passion and breathwork is a new endeavor in this journey.
