In this ongoing class, we will create a different drawing each week connected to mindful breathing and experimentation with drawing materials. Being mindful simply means paying attention to the present moment, without judgement. Creating drawings in this way can be very calming and relaxing. This class is great for transitional times such as after school or before bedtime. We will begin each class with breathing and/or quiet time.
