Description

Class Experience

Ph. D. in Astrophysics - Astrophysics/Astronomy Communicator/Educator/Adjunct at the San Diego University volunteering on a number of community projects that promote a mindful STEAM curriculum. I also homeschool my three children, and I am personally active internationally offering workshops to both children, adults and teachers.
Make sure to look for the moon when you step outside next time, now that you know how far it is, how do you feel when you se it? This is of course optional, but I would love to read your answer, so feel free to send me a message and I would gladly read it.
Learners do need to bring with them a rope that is not stretchable and at least 10 feet long (3 meters long).
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In the class we will take the rope around our fist and tide a knot. We will do the same around our thumb, if you believe your learner needs support to tide the knot, please make sure to provide that, so that they can fully participate on this experience.

I love combining the world of science with the world of self discovery. Therefore, I love allowing students to arrive to the conclusions themselves as much as possible, because this is where true learning and understanding happens.
