What's included

12 live meetings
12 in-class hours
Homework
1-2 hours per week. Students will be required to do your homework in between classes as they have to keep up on their daily journalling and goalsetting. As well, they may have to work on their goal boards as well as different goalsetting and meditations. Students are expected to keep up with the homework each week. If a student misses a class they are expected to watch the recorded video and if they have any questions then to reach out to me. It is imperative that the student stays up-to-date with their work for successful completion of the program.
Certificate of Completion
Students will be given feedback and advice on the projects that they have finished and how to tweak them for the best possible outcome. After every 12 classes you will get a certificate.

Class Experience

Personal Mastery Program for Teens
Week 1: Introduction and Goal Setting
Importance: Establishing a solid foundation is crucial. Setting clear, achievable goals helps teens understand what they want to achieve and provides a roadmap for success.

Activities: Fun warm-up games, breathing exercises, guided meditation, and goal setting. Students will write down three daily personal and professional goals, focusing on gratitude and affirmations.

Week 2: Effective Goal Setting and Vision Boards
Importance: Learning to set effective goals and visualize success is key to achieving long-term objectives. Vision boards help students stay motivated and focused.

Activities: Yoga stretches, detailed goal setting, and vision board creation. Students will set daily, 3-month, and 1-year goals, and gather pictures, drawings, and quotes for their vision boards.

Week 3: Identifying Strengths and Gratitude Journaling
Importance: Recognizing personal strengths and practicing gratitude can boost self-esteem and positivity. Gratitude journaling helps students focus on the positive aspects of their lives.

Activities: Yoga poses, identifying personal strengths, and gratitude journaling. Students will think about what should be on their 1-year vision board and set daily goals.

Weeks 4-6: Daily Routines and Long-Term Goal Setting
Importance: Establishing daily routines and setting long-term goals helps students develop discipline and a sense of purpose. Consistent practice leads to lasting habits.

Activities: Daily exercise (sun salutations or other exercises), goal setting, and guided meditation. Students will create and write down their specific 1-10 year goals and roadmap how to achieve them.

Weeks 6-8: Time Management and Inner Peace
Importance: Effective time management and mastering inner peace are essential for reducing stress and increasing productivity. Learning to set boundaries helps maintain a healthy balance.

Activities: Time management exercises, setting boundaries, and mastering inner peace. Students will practice daily routines, goal setting, and guided meditation.

Weeks 9-12: Personal Philosophy and Letting Go
Importance: Developing a personal philosophy and learning to let go of negative emotions are crucial for mental and emotional well-being. These skills help students stay focused and resilient.

Activities: Writing personal philosophy statements, letting go of frustrations, and guided meditation. Students will focus on daily achievable goals, gratitude journaling, and exercise.

Commitment: We recommend 12-24 sessions for ultimate results. Through focus and repetition, students will develop healthy routines that lead to success and happiness. They'll be encouraged to set high standards and know they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

Additional Learning: (after the 12 weeks, in our ongoing Mogul Club)

Business Skills: Students will learn the basics of entrepreneurship, including how to create a business plan, market their ideas, and manage finances. They'll gain practical experience through interactive projects and real-world scenarios.

Healthy Habits: Emphasis on the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. This includes regular physical activity, healthy eating, and adequate sleep. Students will learn how these habits contribute to overall well-being and success.

Mindset Mastery: Techniques for developing a positive and resilient mindset. This includes strategies for overcoming obstacles, staying motivated, and maintaining focus. Students will learn the power of positive thinking and how to cultivate a growth mindset.

Stress Management: Practical tools for managing stress and anxiety. This includes mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and time management skills. Students will learn how to balance their responsibilities and maintain inner peace.

Students will implement my 7 Step Plan for a successful and more happy life.  This class will teach students achievable goal setting, accountability, the power of breath work and meditation for calming the mind and body and will also have better focus and concentration.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Students will be required to have the following supplies: A quiet space to work in, 3 notebooks and pencil and erasers and perhaps highlighters. As well, please find 6 to 8 rocks that are about 3 inches in diameter. Students will also be required to have 3 to 5 poster boards, access to a printer or access to a bunch of old magazines, and sticky notes.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
