Class Experience

US Grade 5 - 8
In this course I will teach via video with a real horse as a prop, as well as lecture style from a Power Point type presentation.
I will cover basic horse anatomy and physiology and then jump into different common diseases I see in horses.
The format of this class is such that students should feel prepared with the "normal" and then have a grasp on what is "abnormal".
This course is meant to be self-paced but I welcome discussion and questions from all leaners.
Learning Goals
Leaners will be able to identify what is "normal" and what is "abnormal" as far as horse health and anatomy as it pertains to the discussed diseases.
Leaners will use critical thinking to evaluate each case type presented in order to localize disease processes and determine causes of disfunction.
