Class Experience

US Grade Kindergarten
Beginner Level
This is a self-exploration inspired music focus class. Upon enrollment, a sample video of how we will organize space for each class is demonstrated. Use materials that are readily available of your choosing and are easy for your child to use and manage independently.

Each music class features a different set of activities. Take a moment to read through the syllabus and see which of the bundle of classes interests you and your child most.

There are a wide variety of instrument kits available for purchase on the internet that will be more than suitable for this class. Choose one that your child is drawn to most.

The welcome email includes a video of how I will set up my environment so you and your child are well prepared for the first class. Consider how you will set up your environment for the best experience for your child and feel free to reach out if I may assist in any way.

Each 25 minute experience is guided with activities and is approached with room for the learners to explore and share their own ideas about what works and why.

Structure of each class
1. Welcome time and material set up
2. Categorization of materials
3. Use of materials and how we use them (e.g. playing instruments, writing down our ideas for later use)
4. Closing time and material care
