US Grade 9 - 12
The tutoring session will support the learner in any math topics where they need assistance. It can be tailored to a specific topic that the student wants to review or it can simply be working through homework problems together. We will move at the learner's pace. I will guide them through any difficulties while encouraging growth and confidence! Some examples of topics that students might need assistance on include: -Prealgebra: Order of operations, fractions, decimals, percent -Algebra 1:...
***NOTE: The learner must respond to the Welcome Post in the classroom to let me know what math class these tutoring sessions will be supplementing. If I receive no communication from the learner or parent at least 24 hours prior to the session, I will cancel the session. If we will be working from materials for an existing class, make sure that I receive a file or screenshots of the problems your child wants to work on at least a few hours before the session. That will ensure that we can maximize math learning time rather than dealing with technical issues during the session.
