Beginner - Advanced Level
I am offering tutoring in mathematics, specifically pre-algebra and algebra 1 for approximately grades 6 through 12. This tutoring can be whatever you would like it to be. I can help with homework or provide lessons on concepts you are struggling with, just let me know what you need from me. This class will be a one-on-one format with as much explanation and as many examples that you feel you need. My goal is for you to understand the math and I will explain and break down the math in as many ways that I can. I prefer teaching grades 5-9. Most topics covered in elementary math, pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry can be covered. These topics include but are not limited to: operations with integers, graphing linear equations, proportional relationships, percentages, fractions, decimals, quadratic equations, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, area, perimeter, volume, rates, unit rates and exponents. If you like working with me we can set up a schedule that will work for you and meet daily, weekly, or as you need so long as my schedule coincides with your needs. I also wouldn't mind set up classes for groups of students who are in the same class and would like tutoring together.

Since you will be choosing what we are working on I need to prepare for our meeting beforehand. Please attach a copy or picture of the work using the purple paperclip to attach in a conversation or on the classroom comment section at least 3-4 hours before we meet.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

***IMPORTANT*** I want to make sure I can best serve my students and that means I must prepare.
I must have time to work through all problems and create personal notes (lesson plans) prior to our meetings, considering I do not necessarily have teachers guide that goes with you child's work .
Homework Help : Please let me know what we will be working on at least 3-4 hours before our scheduled meeting so, I can prepare and provide my best instruction. The more time I have the better so, if you can get it to me sooner I appreciate it. (If you book back-to-back meetings I will need more time with the assignment add 2 hours per meeting.)
If you have homework we will be working on, please attach a picture of copy using the purple paperclip either in a conversation or on the classroom page.
Supplemental Help: If you would like me to create a lesson based on a need, please let me know what you need help with at least 24 hours before our scheduled meeting. Attaching a picture or document helps in this situation as well.
