In this Math & Snack Summer Series, students will learn beginning Geometry. Students will learn about lines, rays, angles, measuring and drawing angles, naming angles, and identifying angles. This class is hands-on, interactive, auditory, and visual. Students will build an understanding of how triangles are made, defined, and measured. The class will be teacher led and interaction is constant during this class through discussion, questions, and problem solving. The student should be able to add and subtract.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to create, name, and define an angle or triangle.Students will use a protractor to draw angles, with specified measurements.
